El Tidon Sauvignon Blanc
Country/Region of Origin: Spain

Region: Spain, Castillo La Mancha

Grape variety: Sauvignon Blanc

Background: Produced from the finest locally grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes that are painstakingly chosen for superior quality, the El Tidon Sauvignon Blanc is a true labour of love. The grapes undergo a traditional process of fermentation at low temperatures in top grade vats to extract the grape flavour.

Tasting notes: A very elegant white wine with hints of white blossoms and a touch of lemon on the palate hints of apple, pear and citrus fruit. Long finish with a lot of finesse and class!

The final blend is superbly fresh, aromatic and light, with the clean clear liquid giving way to aromas and flavours of rich grapes, white fruits, nuts and citrus. A long, balanced and pleasant finish rounds off the affair with aplomb.

Food pairing: This complex harmony of sweet and acidic flavours is best enjoyed chilled with meals containing white meat, seafood, cheese and subtle spices.
