Tasting Notes: Jammy and delicious. The aromas are intoxicating; sweet black cherries, black raspberry jam, fragrant roses and violets along with sarsaparilla. It is delicious and exceedingly approachable; generous fruit, supple weight and juicy demeanour. Pleasantly rustic, just enough to make it more interesting, and while straightforward, is not simplistic.
