Grape variety: Roussanne

Tasting notes: Produced from old vineyards at high altitude – think of a cross between white Chateauneuf du Pape and a top white Bordeaux.

Pale yellow colour, slight green highlights. Clean and frank nose, white flowers, complex, slightly citrus. The delicate and subtle structure leads us to a beautiful expression and a great length. Minerality, iodized, delicate and dense freshness, acidity all in volume. A wine to keep that will reserve beautiful surprises throughout its life.
