Muga Prado Enea 2011 Gran Reserva
Prado Enea Gran Reserva 2011 We have a cherry red wine, with a high layer and medium density. The nose is delicate and fresh, at first impression reminds us of red fruits (type blackberry), notes of cinnamon-like spices and toast touch aging reminiscent of cedar, vanilla nuances on branch and autumn leaves. After 16 months in American oak deposits and 36 months in mainly French oak barrels, we appreciate a very well worked and integrated wood. The palate is fresh, long, with a very integrated acidity; the tannin begins to be polished and it does it deliciously and elegantly. It is a frank wine with a great aging power. It is a wine that we can pair with stews, meats and even enjoy it as a glass. 80% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, Mazuelo and Graciano.
