Tasting Notes: Chablis is the purest expression of Chardonnay. Layers of green apple skin, lemon brulee and apricot.

Food Pairing: Shellfish, crab, lobster, goat cheese, green vegetables, fresh herbs and atomatic dishes.

Tasting Notes: Medium body, bright golden colour. Intense orchard fruits dried flowers aroma. Peaches and pears palate following by, mineral notes and long nutty finish of gentle acidity. Still crisp and fresh, creamy, complex and balanced.
