Tasting Notes: Chablis is the purest expression of Chardonnay. Layers of green apple skin, lemon brulee and apricot.

Our low yielding vines average between 30 and 40 years of age have deep roots that help produce a high class wine ; fat, concentrated with mineral notes. This is an intense and racy wine. Brilliant light gold. Fine and mineral, with beautiful shelly notes. Both fresh and mineral, just like the nose, this wine offers a sapid juice, where harmony between citrus, saline and iodine notes reigns. A generous wine with excellent mineral characteristics. Food Pairing: Char siu bao, salmon with yuzu dressing, crispy shredded beef in birds nest and camembert.

Tasting Notes: Pale and bright yellow colour. The nose is frank and clean with notes of exotic frutis such as pineapple and banana. On the palate, the wine is ample and mineral, offering a beautiful structure. The delicacy of the palate ends with light notes of
