Region: Italy, South East Veneto, Upper Western Friuli plain, Spilimbergo

Winemaking process: This sparkling wine's excellent freshness comes from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes. Sparkling with Martinotti method, Prosecco Rose is the perfect companion for an aperitif or a creative dinner with friends.
Tasting notes: Intensely pink, crystalline and bright in the glass, it is homogeneously interspersed with tiny bubbles that form a creamy froth on the surface. On the nose red elderberry and raspberry. On the palate it is pleasingly dry with a fresh acidity.
Background: Nua is a premium Italian producer of the world-famous Prosecco sparkling.
Tasting notes:Prosecco is the sparkling wine for those who think they don’t like sparkling wine! Racy, sparky, funky frolics, from your head down to your...toes. Expect savoury lemon sherbet and pear drop fruit and ultra-refreshment!
This pale-yellow sparkling is elegant and crisp, with a fruity bouquet of citrus and tropical fruits. The palate is mellow and textured, and shows an amazing harmony between all aspects of the wine. Elegant with a fruity bouquet, a mellow and creamy mouth feel, delicate bubbles, subtle white peach, apple puree and brioche flavours and distinctively crisp finish.
Food pairing: Softer and more rounded than other Sparklers, it has an easy palate that endears it to the modern consumer. It mixes fabulously well with fruits such as peaches as in the famous Bellini cocktail. Simply delicious!
Background: The number one Prosecco of the Tenuta St. Anna impossible to imitate. This sparkling wine is the pride of the Azienda and practically needs no introduction: year after year it confirms its supremacy with that ever-popular pleasant taste.
Winemaking process: The harvested grapes are de-stemmed and crushed gently. The must obtained is transferred into steel vats where the process of transformation into wine takes place at controlled temperatures. Once the wine has been obtained, the process for transformation into sparkling wine begins: a selection of yeasts is put in the tanks which over a period of four months will transform the wine into a refined sparkling wine.
Tasting notes: Straw yellow with light hints of green. On serving, it forms a dense and refined foam, which persists at length, feeding on tiny bubbles. Hints of peach, pear and acacia blossom. Easy and pleasant to drink, initially fresh and soft on the palate; it gives way to flavours of fruit and a pleasantly tangy aftertaste.
Food pairing: Very versatile, it is delightful as an aperitif, with hors d’oeuvres and appetisers in general, as well as with light charcuterie and cheeses.
Background: The most famous Italian bubbles in the half-sparkling version: the modern way of tasting Prosecco DOC. The second fermentation in pressurized steel tanks and the pressure that does not exceed the three atmospheres make it ideal to be enjoyed by the glass or the whole meal. This “frizzante” wine combines the traditional production of Tenuta Sant'Anna with the innovative closure: the screw cap.
Tasting notes: Straw-yellow colour of medium intensity. In the glass it forms a crown of dense, particulate froth, replenished with small long-lasting bubbles. The bouquet produces aromas of acacia, peach and pear flowers. Easy and pleasant to taste, initially fresh and soft to the palate, the flavour gives way to fruity notes and an agreeable element of sapidity.
Tasting notes: Acacia, peach and pear flower aromas burst from the glass as the fine bubbles in this prosecco burst. Anytime of day, this lively drop starts the party!
