Background: The number one Prosecco of the Tenuta St. Anna impossible to imitate. This sparkling wine is the pride of the Azienda and practically needs no introduction: year after year it confirms its supremacy with that ever-popular pleasant taste.
Winemaking process: The harvested grapes are de-stemmed and crushed gently. The must obtained is transferred into steel vats where the process of transformation into wine takes place at controlled temperatures. Once the wine has been obtained, the process for transformation into sparkling wine begins: a selection of yeasts is put in the tanks which over a period of four months will transform the wine into a refined sparkling wine.
Tasting notes: Straw yellow with light hints of green. On serving, it forms a dense and refined foam, which persists at length, feeding on tiny bubbles. Hints of peach, pear and acacia blossom. Easy and pleasant to drink, initially fresh and soft on the palate; it gives way to flavours of fruit and a pleasantly tangy aftertaste.

Following a gentle pressing to extract only the finest portion of juice. The 2015 Blanc de Blancs was vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks. Partial malolactic fermentation was carried out prior to bottling and extended lees ageing.
Tasting notes: Delicate orange blossom and sweer shortcrust pasrty on the nose with flavours of refreshing lemon sorbet and a long finish on the palate.
A super clean nose. Rolling layers of gentle bready autolysis, over taut citrus peels, and fresh citrus juice. A very fine structure; concentrated and vital, but lightly weighted, very lean and fine with gently saline minerality. The palate builds with subtle grapefruit joining the citrus and fresh green orchard fruits. Acidity remains bracing, as it should and gives the energy and framework to hang the mature fruit, pastry and subtle nuttiness from on the finish.

The Pinot Noir grapes for the Comtesse de Neples come from the Côte de Bar region, the southernmost region of Champagne. Here, the noble grape Pinot Noir almost completely dominates the cultivations on the rolling limestone hills. Traditionally, this part of Champagne has gone a little under the radar in the absence of large Champagne houses in the area but more and more are now starting to discover the potential of the area and the unique terroir that is perfect for Pinot Noir. The wine consists of a mixture of 4 older vintages with the base in the 2017 vintage and is stored for a full 28 months on its lees.The wine is produced by Chassenay d'Arce, which with its 130 small family growers is a smaller cooperative that together has vineyards of 325 hectares, mostly planted with Pinot Noir. The grapes are hand-harvested from several smaller vineyard locations in the autumn at optimal maturity and vinified in a state-of-the-art facility with meticulous quality control.
Tasting notes:
This is an approachable, fruity Champagne, made to be drunk young. Well balanced with crisp citrus tang and bright acidity. The wine is dominated by Pinot Noir that grows so well in the Côte des Bar.Champagne Comtesse de Neples is a dry, fresh and tasty Champagne with elegant mousse and good balance with hints of citrus, orange, red apples, brioche and mineral. The aftertaste is long with a fresh and fresh finish. The long storage time on the lees gives discreet tones of macadamia nuts and nougat that lift the whole of the wine and add extra complexity.
Food pairing: Serve the champagne as a fresh start to dinner or for pre and main courses on seafood.

Winemaking process: Harvested by hand and transported to the winery in refrigerated trailers in 200-kilo boxes. Pressed directly and the base wine then ferments in small vats with the temperature controlled to 14/15ºC to preserve the garnacha’s aromatic potency. After the completion of alcoholic fermentation, it remains on its lees for 4 months in order to give the mouthfeel greater body and volume as is so necessary in fine quality sparkling wines. After the addition of tirage liqueur, it ferments for a second time inside the bottle for 4 months at 12ºC. It remains for a minimum of 36 months stored horizontally in racks before disgorgement, always kept at a low temperature to maintain the maximum freshness and wealth of aromas.
Tasting notes: Bright, pale salmon-pink colour. This cava displays a chain of fine bubbles. A medium-high, complex aromatic intensity, with aromas of exotic fruit, citrus notes of grapefruit. Medium-high aromatic intensity, fairly complex with a combination of aromas of fresh strawberry jam, strawberry yoghourt and citrus notes of grapefruit bringing a touch of freshness, with even hints of baker’s shop aromas coming through. A very pleasant attack with medium-high acidity and great length and complexity. In the aftertaste we can again find the rich range of aromas, particularly aromas of red berries.

Winemaking process: The musts undergo their first fermentation in wooden vats where they remain on their lees until the end of April. Once the tirage liqueur (yeast and sugar solution) has been added, the wine is bottled and the second fermentation proceeds very slowly for 3-4 months at a controlled temperature of 10-11ºC. Such slow fermentation allows us to maintain great bubble integrity. The wine is stored sur lattes (on their sides) for a minimum of 18 months to give it greater aromatic complexity, with yeasty pastry shop aromas and a smoothness on the palate. Before the bottles are resealed with cork stoppers they are topped up with the “dosage” liqueur.
Tasting notes: This sparkling wine has a very bright, pale lemon yellow colour and fine beads of bubbles. On the nose it is subtle and complex, revealing aromas from the grapes (lemon, grapefruit), from the 18 months spent sur lattes (biscuits, pastries) and some traces of dried fruit from the bottle ageing. On the palate it is fresh, with a very fine balance between the fruit, acidity and fizz, with a very long finish in which we can find creamy notes coming through.

The tiny bubbles are charming the palate keeping a long body of acacia honey and white flowers. The minerality and the salty character is paring well with oysters and scampi but also as a summer appetizer and a nice desert.
Gloriously evocative, fresh aromas of Bramley apple, chervil and a hint of the seaside. An excellent Blanc de Blancs, with the delicacy and vibrancy of this Champagne style, married to the depth, length and complexity that comes from eight years' mellowing. This cuvée is elaborated from a blend composed of 87% Chardonnay, classified Grand Cru and located in Mont-Aigu de Chouilly, Chapelle d’Avize, Terre de Noël d’Oger, Chétillon and Aillerand du Mesnil sur Oger. These Grands Crus are vinified separately, in order to highlight its elegance and energy. Then, 13% of Pinot Noir complete the blend, this grape variety being vinified in oak barrels, which brings structure and silkiness to the wine.
Tasting notes: Its beautiful golden colour carries fine bubbles which unveil a mature complex nose, with vanilla biscuit and wood aromas, followed by a white flower perfume, lemon cake and peach. It is one of the most refined and elegant champagne from Maison Duval-Leroy.

Tasting notes: Neal Martin - 94 points: The 2015 Cuvée Boz, released at the end of February 2021, is 100% Chardonnay from the Jenkyn Place Vineyard in Hampshire. This has a light mousse and a greenish tint. The well defined, complex and harmonious nose unfolds to reveal green apples, crustaceans and subtle hints of lemon thyme. The palate is very well balanced and poised, quite weighty in the mouth, offering citrus peel, orange zest and faint traces of strawberry toward the elegant finish. This is an outstanding English sparkling wine from Dermot Sugrue, certainly one of the best that I have tasted.

Tasting notes: Neal Martin - 95 points - Vinous.com: The Multi-Vintage Cuvée Dr Brendan O’Regan, disgorged in February 2020, is based on 2016, with some reserve of the 2009 vintage, and it is in its second release. It is named after Dermot Sugrue’s grandmother’s brother, who essentially invented duty-free in Ireland. With a slightly higher dosage (9g/L), it presents a clean, precise, very complex bouquet of gunflint and smoke combined with orange pith and honeysuckle, all extremely well defined and displaying a little more spiciness than the regular cuvées. Possessed of wonderful depth and quite saline, it fans out brilliantly toward a finish that lingers in the mouth.
