Tasting notes: This wine is very fresh and young with nice lemony characters. The colour is of a pale green gold. The tiny bubbles are charming the palate keeping a long body of acacia honey and white flowers. The minerality and the salty character is paring well with oysters and scampi but also as a summer appetizer and a nice desert.

Gloriously evocative, fresh aromas of Bramley apple, chervil and a hint of the seaside. An excellent Blanc de Blancs, with the delicacy and vibrancy of this Champagne style, married to the depth, length and complexity that comes from eight years' mellowing. Green apple, lemon zest, rising bread dough and Brie rind. Lovely!
