Winemaking process: Each variety was fermented separately in order to obtain maximum fruitiness from each variety. This wine was matured in barrels to achieve greater complexity.
Tasting notes: The perfect combination of fruit aromas and nuances from the cask. It has a bright garnet colour of medium to high intensity, with shades of ruby. The bouquet is powerful, with dominant fruity aromas and nuances of maturity, spices and dry fruit. To the palate it is ample and with body. Well-structured and rounded up.

Winemaking process: The special bouquet of Sauvignon Blanc harvested at its maturity, and its great intensity, were the starting point for this wine. It was made using selected yeasts and low temperature fermentation. A prolonged period on its finest lees gives it roundness and smoothness.
Tasting notes:Wonderfully fresh Sauvignon from La Mancha. Lots of upfront fruit, gentle acidity and zesty finish. Acantus White shows an outstanding straw colour. Its bouquet shows great intensity and fineness, with aromas reminding of muscat, white flowers and flint. To the palate it is balanced, with a persistent varietal aromas.
