Background: Blume Organic is made from Verdejo grapes from vineyards with organic certification and protected under the DO Rueda. Its careful preparation and clarification carried out with the standards of “vegan wine” give it its own personality. It is very balanced and elegant on the palate and above all a wholesome wine.
Tasting notes: This wine features the greenish hues. On the nose there are hints of scrub grass with fruity notes. The palate has an attractive herbaceous bitterness which, together with its natural acidity, invites you to enjoy it.

This is a classic Sauvignon Blanc style, inspired in New Zealand and blended in Spain.
Harvested in the cool of the night for protection, swiftly crushed, chilled and pressed to produce pristine juice with intense varietal character. Gently fermented to preserve aromatics, and light ageing on the lees to freshen and clarify into a bright and crystalline beauty.
Tsting note: Aromas of sun-fresh passionfruit and dewdrenched exotic fruits, explosive flavours of guava, melon and white peach end on a note of ripe grapefruit. Bright, light and refreshing.
