Tasting notes: Beautiful and vibrant, notes of citrus, vanilla, tonic are supported by a lively wet stone minerality. The flavours are full, concentrated and intense. The finish is firm, clean and true with a strong sense of terroir-driven minerality.
Tasting notes: Bright cherry aromas that are layered with notes of wild strawberries and black tea. On the mouth, you get juicy black cherry flavours and notes of cola with hints of vanilla, toasted oak and well balanced tannins. A silky texture leads to a long finish.
Background: Monterey is one of the coolest and longest growing regions in California allowing the grapes to fully develop and slowly ripen on the vine. Because of this, barrel ageing is kept to just 6.5 months and then released.

On the nose, meyer lemon, passionfruit, grilled pineapple and guava. Nectarine, papaya and crisp lemon-tangerine notes are complimented by touch of spice and complexing minerality on the palate.

Flavours of red plum, raspberry and blood orange are underpinned by distinctive river stone minerality and savoury umami character. Plush and richly textured with juicy yet balanced acidity and integrated toasty barrel spice.
Tasting notes: This white from the great vineyard site is intense in approach and full-bodied richness. Thick, concentrated layers of tropical and stone fruit effuse from the palate adorned in toasted oak and lasting lushness.
