Background: The Moscato is produced from the vineyard of Boscareto Resort and Spa. It is a never cloying, sweet dessert wine, which perfectly accompanies traditional pastries like panettones and delights convivial moments with vividness and richness.
Winemaking process: After a careful and accurate selection, the Moscato Bianco grapes are de-stemmed and cold macerated for 24-48 hours in the press. Following pressing, the must obtained is cooled to 0 ° C and stored for up to a month before the second fermentation. A slow fermentation in autoclave follows until 5.5% alcohol content is reached. In the cold temperature, the fermentation stops and the wine is bottled, preserving through this procedure the natural vivacity.
Tasting notes: Low alcohol medium-sweet dessert wine. A beautiful, fresh way to finish a meal. Nutmeg, pear and honeydew melon notes are prominent and excellently balanced.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow with light green reflections, clear and bright. The nose is fresh and fruity with typical notes of ripe pear and white flowers, mineral, good intensity and persistence. In the mouth is dry, pleasantly bitter with distinct mineral notes.
