This pale-yellow sparkling is elegant and crisp, with a fruity bouquet of citrus and tropical fruits. The palate is mellow and textured, and shows an amazing harmony between all aspects of the wine. Elegant with a fruity bouquet, a mellow and creamy mouth feel, delicate bubbles, subtle white peach, apple puree and brioche flavours and distinctively crisp finish.

Food pairing: Softer and more rounded than other Sparklers, it has an easy palate that endears it to the modern consumer. It mixes fabulously well with fruits such as peaches as in the famous Bellini cocktail. Simply delicious!
