Background: Henri Champliau is a family winery located in Mercurey, region of Burgundy - France. Founded by Alexandre Graffard, grandson of Henri Champliau, we produce AOC Crémant de Bourgogne and a 'Signatures' range to the same high-quality standards of our winery.

Tasting Notes: A youthful rose-pink colour, refined and light bubbles note of raspberry and cherry and a natural generosity which comes straight from the grape. Produced using the ancestral method to give a 'demi-sec' sparkling wine with a low alcohol content.

Food Pairing: Ideal for pairing with savoury sweet dishes, souvry brunch items, light appetisers and fruit forward desserts.
