Background: Produced from the finest locally grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes that are painstakingly chosen for superior quality, the El Tidon Sauvignon Blanc is a true labour of love. The grapes undergo a traditional process of fermentation at low temperatures in top grade vats to extract the grape flavour.Tasting notes: A very elegant white wine with hints of white blossoms and a touch of lemon on the palate hints of apple, pear and citrus fruit. Long finish with a lot of finesse and class!
The final blend is superbly fresh, aromatic and light, with the clean clear liquid giving way to aromas and flavours of rich grapes, white fruits, nuts and citrus. A long, balanced and pleasant finish rounds off the affair with aplomb.
Food pairing: This complex harmony of sweet and acidic flavours is best enjoyed chilled with meals containing white meat, seafood, cheese and subtle spices.

Background: Casa Del Valle in La Mancha boasts an entirely new winery. The bodega is owned by a group of Riojan growers who between them have 3 decades of winemaking experience in Rioja, strong financial backing and the most advanced modern technology. The vines are grown in the Caliza Franco Arenosa soils of Castilla de la Mancha located around the village of Yepes, in the province of Toledo.
Tasting notes: It has an intense cherry coloured body with sparkling ruby highlights at the edges. The nose is delicately intense with notes of ripe fruits and spices. It has a well bodied entry into the palate, followed by an intense, fruity mid palate and a lingering and refreshing finish.
Warm, earthy and mellow aromas with spice and ripe blackberry fruit with toasted wood in the background. Fruity and smooth.

Region: Spain, La Mancha
Grape variety: Tempranillo & Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaking process: Each variety was fermented separately in order to obtain maximum fruitiness from each variety. This wine was matured in barrels to achieve greater complexity.
Tasting notes: The perfect combination of fruit aromas and nuances from the cask. It has a bright garnet colour of medium to high intensity, with shades of ruby. The bouquet is powerful, with dominant fruity aromas and nuances of maturity, spices and dry fruit. To the palate it is ample and with body. Well-structured and rounded up.

Grape variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Winemaking process: The special bouquet of Sauvignon Blanc harvested at its maturity, and its great intensity, were the starting point for this wine. It was made using selected yeasts and low temperature fermentation. A prolonged period on its finest lees gives it roundness and smoothness.
Tasting notes: Wonderfully fresh Sauvignon from La Mancha. Lots of upfront fruit, gentle acidity and zesty finish. Acantus White shows an outstanding straw colour. Its bouquet shows great intensity and fineness, with aromas reminding of muscat, white flowers and flint. To the palate it is balanced, with a persistent varietal aromas.
