Crane Lake Pinot Noir 2016

Country/Region of Origin: United States of America
Region: U.S.A., California
Grape Variety: Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes: Delightful aromas of raspberry and violet, a lovely medium bodied texture and a really satisfying finish are just a few of the things that have made this stunner a firm favourite. Ruby garnet colour. Dried sour cherry and raspberry jam aromas with a silky, fruity-yet-dry medium body and a tangy prune, blood orange, green apple, and earth accented finish with chewy tannins.
Food Pairing: This wine can be enjoyed by itself but it is excellent with appetisers and main courses. The wine pairs well with brie, smoked salmon, roast beef, leg of lamb, duck and grilled swordfish.
