Grape variety: 60% Greco & 40% Fiano

Tasting notes: The grapes were chilled on arrival at the winery, gently crushed and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine remained in tank until bottling to maximise freshness. Pale lemon in colour, with perfumes of citrus and a touch of stone fruit. Rich yet fresh with a lime zest character, which comes from the Greco fruit, balancing the richness.
