Tasting Notes: From the eastern part of the hill where the soil is deeper. It has wonderful depth of soft fruit, plummy and rich, blackberries and spice with real density and excellent ripe tannins to give structure.

Food Pairing: Jaboulet Hermitage is best served with all types of classic meat dishes, veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasted braised ans grilled dishes,. It is also good with Asian dishes, hearty fish courses like tuna, mushrooms and pasta.
