Tasting Notes: Beautiful light golden yellow colour. Lovely long delicate tears. The Nexpuissant reveals aromas of white and yellow fruits, then touches of honey, white earth and a nice hint of minerality. Supple attack. Oily, mineral palate, marked by a retroolfaction of white earth and infusion. Fresh finish with very good length.

Food Pairing: Suggested to pair with game soup, dover sole or dishes that contain chicken or turkey.
