Tasting Notes: Of bright straw yellow colour. It is versatile, light and crisp. An easy drinking, lively wine full of ripe peach and grapefruit flavours to savour. Ends well-balanced and with a nice finish. Its bouquet is pleasantly fruity with elegant hints of wild flowers. This wine is best served at a temperature of 10° - 12° C. 

Food Pairing: It is the perfect wine to pair with appetisers, delicate soups, fish and white meats. Excellent also as an aperitif.
