Tasting Notes: The colour is deep and vibrant with a purple hue, a nose of lifted satsuma plum, raspberry, violet flower and blueberry fruit flavour. Abundant with pretty, bright and fresh blueberry fruit flavour, rich and weighty middle palate with lots of plum, dark cherries and young blackcurrant fruits. 

Food Pairing: Peter Lehmann Hill & Valley Shiraz pairs well with grilled meats, stews and rich, full flavoured dishes like barbecued ribs, steak and sausages. It can also be enjoyed with hearty options such as lamb chops, shepherds pie or spicy dishes with chili and curries.
