Soft, sweet scents of white chocolate and flowers on the nose. In the mouth the wine is bright, savoury, and ripe. Flavours of roses, lavender, strawberries, milk chocolate, and red raspberries fill the palate. The wine has a mouth-watering dose of acidity that marries well with the slightly flinty tone on the finish.

Food Pairing: This wine pairs well with fresh mozzarella, and brie cheees. Also try it along with veal piccata, chicklen parmesan, meat lasagna or ceviche.
