Region: Spain
Grape variety: Garnache & Tempranillo
Background: Mucho Más Rosé is an attractive wine, with pale tones and a distinct personality. The versatile Grenache contributes to the aromatic richness by fixing the final colour and tonality. The boba grape so typical of quality rosé wines gives it freshness and aroma, finally the tempranillo grape contributes to the final and round balance, offering a long and persistent step in the mouth.
Winemaking process: Information The aim of the blend was to create a distinct style of wine, taking advantage of the qualities of three different but complementary grape varieties from several notable wine regions in Spain. The vinifications are carried out in stainless steel tanks for 20-25 days with maximum temperatures of 15 ºC. Once fermentation is finished, the wine remains in contact with its lees for 2-3 months to develop its characteristic secondary aromas.
Tasting notes: Intense pink colour stands out for its bright reflections. On the nose, aromas of red fruits dominate. On the palate it is fresh with balance between fruit and acidity standing out for its harmony and sweet sensation. A smooth palate while persistent.
Food pairing: It accompanies all kinds of starters, especially with fish and seafood recipes and with exotic or oriental touches.
