Tasting Notes: Ultra smooth creamy Chardonnay with grapefruit, pear and peach flavours. It is medium bodied, low sweetness with medium acidity. It has some fruitness with low tannins, medium alcohol and no oak.

It will be amazing when served alongside delicious brunch dishes of smoked salmon and avacado, will work beautifully with shellfish pasta, creamy chicken and leek pies, lobster and crab creations and with Italian favourites like cacio e pepe and carbonara.
