Tasting Notes: Notes of dark fruit like blackberries and blackcurrants along with cedar and graphite, typical of the Pauillac appellation. It is full bodied with a structured profile with vivid but integrated tannins that provide a firm and grippy texture, as well as long, persistent finish. This wine is powerful and concentrated with excellent aging potential. 

Food Pairing: This red blend pairs with with bold, protein heavy dishes such as rare, grilled or roasted beef, lamb, game meats and chicken. Other recommended pairings are earthy and mushroom dishes, hard, aged cheeses and hearty stews and casseroles.
