Tasting Notes: A full bodied white wine with a deep golden colour, featuring complex aromas of honey, apricot, pear and a hint of toasted nuts and beeswax. On the palate it has a rich, creamy texture balanced by vibrant acidity and minerality, with flavours of ripe stone fruit, citrus butter and a long, elegant finish.

Food Pairing: A white wine that pairs well with dishes like lobster thermidor, butter-poached scallops and creamy mushroom risotto. It also complements roasted chicken, aged cheeses such as Comte and truffle infused foods.
