The nose of this wine is of a bouquet of flowers such as violet and peony and fruits such as blackcurrant and cherry, carried by elegant spicey notes. The attack is powerful and reveals a solid structure with strong tannins and a long aromatic persistence.

Food Pairing: This wine is ideal with richly-flavoured dishes such as boeuf bourguignon, coq au vin, wild game and ripe cheeses. It is drank ideally at a temperature of around 15°- 16° C.
