Tasting Notes: Beautiful light red in colour, this Sancerre displays light, fragrant red fruit notes like strawberry and raspberry, complemented by spicy aromas of cherry, black cherry and rose. On the palate it is dry and focused with a clear structure, tangy red fruit flavours and a sappy, persistent finish.

Food Pairing: This red wine pairs well with light to medium-bodied meats like poultry, duck and game as well as game terrine and veal. It is also a good match for some richer shellfish and even dishes like roast pork especially when cooled slightly.
