Food Pairing: This Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with flavourful meats like beef, lamb and pork, especially in dishes with rich or creamy sauce. It is also a good match for game birds like quail and can be enjoyed with grilled vegetables and hard or smoked cheeses.
