Tasting Notes: A selection of clones were hand harvested, with a small portion of whole clusters retained for finesse and texture. A compote of black forest fruits, accentuated by pomegranate, rose petal and tonka bean. This Pinot Noir delivers vivid flavour, concentration and silky tannins.
