Tasting Notes: Deep crimson red in colour offering aromas of concentrated dark fruits, dark chocolate, vanilla and Christmas cake spice. On the palate it is luscious and generous with rich dark fruits, soft tannins and a silky mouthfeel. The finish is long with notes of blackberry jam and a plum conserve.

Food Pairing: This sparkling Shiraz pairs well with rich, savoury foods like glazed ham, roast turkey, BBQ ribs or even Peking duck. Its berry/chocolate notes make it great with dark chocolate desserts and cheese cake.
