Grape variety: 85% Garganega, 15% between Tebbiano di Soave & Pinot Bianco

Background: This is an excellent dry white wine with an enticing aroma of elderberry, peach flower, sage and white pepper. Complex and satisfying with zesty, fruit flavours of green apple and candied pineapple. It is mainly produced with Garganega white grapes which give this wine a unique abundance of fragrance, fullness and maturity. This, together with the Trebbiano di Soave variety and Pinot Bianco, gives the wine an enchanting taste.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, clear and transparent. It releases aromas of elderberry and wildflowers on the nose, in the mouth it is sapid, fruity with green apple, pineapple and golden drop plum.
