Tasting notes: Beautifully poised with an even balance of primary fruitcake flavours on the foundation of secondary cigar box, chocolate flavours giving this wine soft tannin notes portraying the finish of a classic well-structured Cabernet.
This red wine has notes of blackcurrant, vanilla and cedar. Deep, rich Cabernet Sauvignon with soft, fine tannins.
Food pairing: Decant for an hour and serve at room temperature with lamb or cellar for a decade.
