Winemaking process: Pneumatic pressing with gravity flow, cold settling, natural fermentation (without added yeasts) in small, temperature regulated stainless steel tanks. Aging on fine lees with stirring and regular tastings.
Tasting notes: A beautiful example of Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley. Elegant and refined, it has charming notes of elderflower, lemon and a mineral character.

Guy Allion's Pinot Noir is a great example from the Loire Valley. Made from biodynamically grown grapes, the wine is unoaked and delightfully fresh.
Tasting notes: Aromas are of ripe, almost sweet berry fruit and floral notes. Juicy strawberry flavours, refreshing acidity and the gentlest of tannins come together in this great value cool-climate Pinot Noir.
This is a lovely example of Loire Pinot, really supple and soft with good fruit depth and rounded tannins. The wine sees 15% new oak in its barrel aging which gives it good structure but still letting the strawberry and raspberry fruits come to the fore. There's a hint of richer, darker berry fruits there too with a dash of white pepper in the mix.
Tasting notes: There are delicate aromas of elderflower and gooseberry with hints of peach and grass; it is fresh, light and perfectly piquant. It is dry and crisp on the palate with spades of minerality; it is a classic example of Touraine Sauvignon.
Tasting notes: Nicely balanced with a subtle floral and earthy fern nose. Notes of stony minerals and lemon provide delights to the palate. It is velvety finish has hints of citrus fruits.

The mouth has a fresh fruity beginning, is fleshy and robust, and has good structure. It is balanced between a fruity roundness and mineral firmness. A very long finish.
Tasting notes: Pale golden-green. Remarkable and aromatic intensity on the nose. Floral notes of acacia and elderflower are backed up by blackcurrant buds and rhubarb.
Tasting notes: Light, with persistent grape skins perfume, this Vouvray has a touch of firm acidity to lift the finish. It’s a breezy, off-dry white for freshwater fish.
