Tasting Notes: Deep red in colour. Hints of blackberry and blackcurrants mixed with spicy and balsamic notes. Great structure, long, balsamic finish, persisting aftertaste. 

Food Pairing: It is the perfect accompaniment to stuffed peppers, boeuf bourguignon or duck breast with sugar snap peas.
