The nose shows layers of dark berries, ripe blackcurrant, mint and hints of chocolate while the full body is sure to impress. A solidly and serious age-worthy wine grown on the slopes of the Simonsberg.

Food Pairing: This wine is an excellent companion to hearty dishes, grilled meat such as ribeye steak or lamb chops, game or aged cheeses.
