Tasting Notes: Dominated by Merlot, from this very great vintage, it has a beautiful ruby colour. Nose complex with blackcurrant notes, spices and undergrowth. Good looking unctuous material accompanied by silky and persistent tannins. 

Food Pairing: Serve at 17-19 degrees celsius over a relaxed meal, with grilled meat or a generous cheese board.
