Tasting Notes: The purple bursts illuminate the dark depth of this wine. Its scents express all its complexity, they marry black fruits with spices with a slight smokey note. The flowers close this aromatic parade with other pleasant plant scents. The approach in the mouth goes through the sweetness and smoothness of smooth, elegant and slightly juicy tannins. It is accompanied by an explosion of fruity notes, complemented by an endless pinch of liqourice.

Food Pairing: This Chateau Dillon pairs well with dishes that contain game, beef or lamb.
