Food Pairing: This Bordeaux blend pairs well with roasted red meats like lamb, rib-eye steak or duck as well as richer poultry dishes, game and mature cheeses such as cheddar or Comte. For a less traditional option, it also complements dishes like pizza or stuffed peppers.
