Grape Variety: 65% Tempranillo & 35% Grenache

Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red in colour, offering aromas of black cherry, spice, ink and chocolate. On the palate it is succulent, slightly chewy and medium bodied with a harmonious balance of fruit and subtle oak. It has a long, balanced and intense finish.

Food Pairing: This wine pairs well with dishes featuring red peppers, pimenton, garlic and saffron as well a lamb and pork. It also compliments stuffed peppers, vegetable couscous with beef meatballs and leek tortillas.
