Dark blue fruits, lavender, spice, menthol, licorice and dried herbs open first, all framed by bright chalky notes that lend freshness.

Food Pairing: This wine pairs well with meat dishes like grilled beef, roasted lamb or duck. It also compliments dishes with mushrooms, game or even some Asian inspired meals.
