Tasting Notes: Chateau Pichon is full bodied with powerful character. It is characterised by notes of cassis, blackcurrant, cedar, tobacco and earth with a firm tannic structure. Raspberry, blackberry and dark cherry fruit notes are common.

Food Pairing: This red blend, known for its rich, full-bodied and powerful tannins pairs excellently with red meats, particularly beef and lamb. The wines intense flavours also compliment game meats like venison and duck as well as dishes with earthy notes like mushrooms and truffles.
