Tasting Notes: Notes of ripe pear, peach and citrus on the nose followed by a palate that is rich and mineral-driven with touches of honey, hazelnut and a lively acidity. It has a golden colour, a full bodied and smooth mouthfeel and a complex bouquet of white fruit and citrus aromas. 

Food Pairing:  This wine pairs well with seafood, poultry and goat cheese. It is also enjoyed with dishes like grilled fish, shellfish or chicken in a cream sauce as well as goat cheese pasta or a cheese plate.
