Tasting Notes: Pale yellow-gold colour with a brilliant and clear appearance. Its nose features subtle aromas of peach, pear and acacia with floral notes of honeysuckle, and often a hint of fresh almond, hazelnut or butter. On the palate you may find similar fruity and floral notes along with hints of citrus or exotic fruits. 

Food Pairing: This wine's bright acidity and fruit flavours are a great match for simply prepared or oily fish as well seafood in a creamy sauce, roast or creamed chicken and a range of fresh salads and vegetable dishes.
