Tasting Notes: A wine of an intense, ruby red color. It displays aromas of ripe blueberries, blackcurrant, violets and subtle spicy, herbaceous undertones. On the palate is it rich and concentrated with dark fruits, refine black peppers and hints of savoury liquorice. It has velvety, fine-grained tannins with well-integrated oaked and a vibrant, fresh and lingering finish.

Food Pairing: Red meat, pork dishes, poultry and stuffed pasta dishes.
