Tasting Notes: Rich golden amber in colour with an orange hue featuring aroma of strong citrus, white flowers and mineral notes. On the palate it is medium bodied with flavours of orange peel, apricot and subtle herbal tea notes. It has a moderate, balanced acidity with a slight, pleasant tannic grip.

Food Pairing: This is a versatile food pairing wine that pairs exceptionally well with spiced dishes, rich cheeses, roasted vegetables and flavourful seafood dishes.
