This estate produced wine by Vinevinu is fermented in stainless steel, 10% in foudre and barrels, where the wine has matured for three months without malolactic. The estate has a sea breeze which you immediately notice when walking through their vineyards and this gives the wine freshness so they added to their label "Terroir Maritimo" meaning sea terroir and coastal selection. It is fruit driven, young, fresh and clean.
Tasting Notes: Aromatically intense wine, structured and round on the palate, saline, slightly floral and fruity with good aging potential.
