Background: The Chardonnays of the regional appellation Bourgogne are selected and harvested throughout the wine-growing territory of Burgundy. The Burgundy white appellation has about 1000 hectares.
Vinification and Ageing: Vinified in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks and aged in oak barrels for 6 months (15% of which are new).
Tasting Notes: The colour is white gold, clear and brilliant, with emerald reflections. Aromas of flowers, peach, pear and citrus. The palate is generous with ripe fruits and a beautiful.
Food Pairing: To be enjoyed as an aperitif or to accompany fish, shellfish or white meat.
