Tasting Notes: Pale straw yellow in colour with a tinge of youthful green. On the nose there is lifted honeydew melon, ripe yellow peach and nectarine with hints of marmalade with creamy, classy buttered toasty oak. On the palate there is vibrant fresh varietal peach, pear and tropical melon flavours, soft and smooth textured mid palate with elements of toasty vanilla buttered cashews and fresh lemon sherbet acidity rounding out the finish.
Food Pairing: Best matched alongside king prawn cavatelli pasta with fermented chilli, tomato, lemon and pangratto. If serving with an entree, whip up some jamon croquettes with smoked paprika aiolo and pickled jalapenos.
